If we build your candidate pool, and you're willing to qualify those candidates and complete your search, we'll save you $30,000, $40,000, or more in executive search firm fees. Here's an example of the savings we create.
Since the typical executive search firm percentage-based fees can make it impossible to know exactly what your search will cost, we established a simple, flat, and all-inclusive fee structure. Our fees are based on two broad salary levels. You provide the salary level at the start of the search and that's the basis for our fee.
> If your salary level is less than $150,000, our fee is $9,500.
> If your salary level is over $150,000, our fee is $12,500.
In addition, we offer preferred pricing for a commitment to multiple searches.
Our fees are billed in three equal installments - at the initiation of services, the sending of recruitment announcements, and the completion or posting of the candidate pool.
Targeted Contact Outreach
We designed our Targeted Contact Outreach as an alternative for those institutions that do not opt to utilize our full Proactive Candidate Networking services.
Whether to initiate a search process, or supplement an already existing weak candidate pool, these services offer yet another alternative for you to take an active, targeted approach to your in-house recruitment effort.
> Our fee of $5,000 is billed at the initiation of services.
Reference Work and Background Checks
Our reference work and background checks include references for four contacts; employment, education, social security, and address verifications; as well as national, local, and sex offender database searches.
> Our fee for this extensive work is $650 per candidate.
